•There are no translations available.• 3 вересня у приміщенні Вищого Адміністративного суду України (ВАСУ) відбулась зустріч редставників ВАСУ та Проекту Агентства США з міжнародного розвитку (USAID) «Україна: верховенство права». Метою зустрічі стало обговорення подальшої співпраці Проекту та ВАСУ на шляху до виконання нового закону «Про судоустрій та статус суддів» та підписання протоколу про свівпрацю. Monthly Rule of Law Donor Coordination Meeting took place on September 1st at the USAID Ukraine Rule of Law Project office. The participants had an opportunity to discuss the implementation of the new Law on the Judiciary and Status of Judges as well as the possible process for further refining and amending the law with Ruslan Kyryliuk, Deputy Head of the Department on Judicial Reform and the Judiciary at the Presidential Administration, and MP Valeriy Pisarenko of the Verkhovna Rada’s Justice Committee. "Judicial Reform will not make all the courts better and more transparent at once. Still, Ukrainians will see its positive effect" - considers Deputy Head of Presidential Administration Andriy Portnov. In his interview to Kommersant newspaper he also stresses on the importance of cooperation among lawmakers, judiciary and experts, in particular USAID Ukraine Rule of Law experts.
